This unusual silver leafed purple lepidolite with quartz is from Zimbabwe. Polished on one side, the lepidolite flashes silver in the light. Lepidolite is a lithium bearing mica mineral and grows in very thin layers of sheets. 
A beautiful specimen to add to a collection, and ideal for therapeutic healing practices. A very calming stone, helpful for anxiety. A stone of the heart.
