This quirky snow finger quartz has pseudomorphed after dogtooth calcite, and is hollow within. The drusy quartz is semi transparent, and formed as a secondary covering after calcite in a tube like fashion. 
This unusual and fascinating quartz is a relatively new find from Lesotho, in a place known fondly as Albert’s mountain. Albert, who is from the Puti tribe, occasionally takes off into the mountains of Lesotho and finds these very special Quartz. 
Lesotho is nicknamed, The Kingdom of Sky and is home to breathtaking mountain ranges. It is a small kingdom, locked into South Africa. 
This quartz has gentle angelic energies, and acts as a funnel of light. It can open portals to other realms and offers energies of peace and tranquility.
